This dynamic property management company in the Kingdom has added another feather to its cap through an impressive joint venture with a major US hotel group.
Announcing a comprehensive franchise agreement with the American hotel chain, Loumage Hotels & Resorts, PGS Property Management Co. WLL – based in Bahrain – further consolidates its position as a prime mover in the hotel and apartment industry both locally and regionally.
Scheduled to be launched this month, Loumage Suites & Spa Seef will provide guests with the highest levels of hospitality throughout the 72 luxury suites, fine dining outlets, a swimming pool, gym and spa. It promises to be an ideal hub for families and corporates alike, conveniently located in the heart of the Seef district and adjacent to the island’s largest malls and city attractions.

In the first year of inception, Loumage is looking at a rapid expansion with four properties in Bahrain – one each at prime locations in Juffair, Seef district, Diplomatic Area and in the heart of Manama. There are plans in the pipeline for opening other hotels, including one in Georgia, USA, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Algeria, India, and a fifth one in Bahrain.
