Since its inception in 1970, Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau (MSCEB) has been contributing to the urban development of the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was recently honoured to have been awarded for three different projects by the Arabian Property Awards 2023-24.
With a commitment to creating value and delivering quality projects that feature innovation, sustainable thinking and design excellence, it’s no surprise to see the company recognised for its excellent engineering.
Firstly, Marassi Bay was awarded within the category of Public Service Architecture, whilst the Salama Development Project won in the category of Residential Development, and finally the British School of Cairo won the award for Public Service Architecture.
Managing Director of MSCEB, Thamer Salahuddin, said: “I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the organisers and contributors of this event, as well as all those who played a role in the success of these projects and the organisation. These achievements reflect the dedication and commitment to excellence upheld by MSCEB”.
The awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. The highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest property companies.
