Officially launched in November 2018, Pearl Physiotherapy Center is a dedicated musculoskeletal (MSK) and pain management clinic. 

The Center is equipped with the most advanced technology in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. Following a different approach to physiotherapy treatment, the clinic takes into consideration the patient’s thoughts, feelings, memories, expectations, beliefs, experience and finally, the biology. WONDER FITNESS CENTER
A unique facility in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Wonder Fitness is the first and only fitness centre which is specialised for individuals with autism. The centre offers a safe space for individuals with autism to have their needs and abilities developed and built on by specialists.
