A transformative educational experience is set to be launched by Canadian School – Bahrain in the academic year 2023/24 to empower students with life-changing skills that are sure to be in demand in the future. The Canadian School – Bahrain (CSB) is proud to announce its innovative approach to education, preparing students to become the leaders of tomorrow. The school’s transformative educational experience focuses on developing students with advanced technology skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional athletic abilities, and strong values and ethics.

CSB is integrating technology into its curriculum in a significant way. In collaboration with tech-savvy institutes, the school is developing joint educational programmes that focus on teaching modern skills required in the job market, such as functional programming, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, and web and mobile app development. These programmes are designed to empower students to change their lives by acquiring essential skills for the future.
“We are committed to providing a holistic education that combines academic knowledge and practical skills. Our goal is to equip our students to succeed in a modern world driven by technology and innovation. We believe that the integration of technology into our curriculum, the fostering of an entrepreneurial spirit, the emphasis on athletic abilities, and the instilling of strong values and ethics are key components of a well-rounded education,” she explains.
In addition to technology, the school is also committed to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among its students. The school will be organising joint training programmes and workshops targeting youth and aspiring entrepreneurs. These programmes are designed to teach the essential skills required in entrepreneurship and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
CSB also offers a comprehensive athletic programme, including paddle courts, a large swimming pool, a football field, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor PE facilities, in addition to a first-of-its-kind sports programme in a school in Bahrain. These programmes contribute to the overall development of the students, ensuring the creation of physically and mentally healthy generations.
The school places a high emphasis on instilling strong values and ethics in its students. The school has scheduled workshops and interactive sessions to teach students the etiquettes of gatherings, customs, and traditions, in addition to promoting sound decision-making, integrity, and honesty. The school also offers personal guidance programmes that help students develop strong and ethical values.
CSB’s approach to education has already shown significant success. The school has seen a growth rate of 42 percent in new student intake for the 2023/24 academic year. “Reflecting on the last academic year, we are filled with pride at the achievements of our students and the growth of our school. We have also seen our school community strengthen and our facilities expand, including the addition of a state-of-the-art swimming pool and a multi-purpose auditorium,” she says.
